How does Between Us work?
You answer a few intimate prompts about your relationship — moments you share, things only the two of you would know. We use that to craft a personalized deck of conversation cards written specifically for you. You pay once, and your partner receives a private link to open the deck. You play through the cards together.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes — you sign in with your email address before creating a deck. It only takes a moment, and it lets you access your past sessions from your dashboard.
Does my partner need an account?
No. Your partner receives a private link by email and can open the deck directly — no sign-up required.
How much does it cost?
Each deck costs €19.99, charged once. There is no subscription, no renewal, no hidden fees.
Can I get a refund?
Because the deck is generated and delivered immediately, we're generally unable to offer refunds. If something went wrong technically — the email didn't arrive, the link doesn't work — reach out and we'll sort it.
How personalized are the cards, really?
They're written around what you share. If you mention a specific memory, a place, a pattern the two of you have — that's what shows up in the cards. They won't be generic.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. The answers you write are used only to generate your deck. We don't sell them, share them, or use them for anything else. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
How long does a session take?
Most couples spend 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on how deep the conversation goes. There's no time limit — you can pause and come back.
Can we play on our phones?
The experience is designed to be played on a laptop or tablet together. It works on mobile, but a shared larger screen tends to feel more natural.
