The service

Between Us is a personalized conversation evening for established couples. By using the service, the crafter and the receiver agree to these terms.

Payment and refunds

Each evening is twenty-nine euros, charged once at the point of purchase. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no hidden fees.

If the evening is not for the two of you, write to us within thirty days of purchase. We will refund without asking why. Reach us at hello@betweenus.cards.

Your content

The answers the crafter provides during setup are used solely to craft the evening. The crafter retains ownership of the content they write. By submitting it, the crafter grants us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of crafting the evening.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Composition

The content of the evening is composed from a Library of psychologist-reviewed conversation prompts, sequenced for the two of you based on the crafter’s setup, plus two or three per-couple moments and one verbatim excerpt of the crafter’s own writing. The composition is designed and reviewed for thoughtful, relevant output, but specific phrasing may occasionally be imperfect. We are not responsible for the exact phrasing of individual moments.

Limitation of liability

Between Us is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to the crafter shall not exceed the amount paid for the evening.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
