The service

Between Us is a personalized conversation card experience for couples. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Payment and refunds

Each deck costs €5, charged once at the point of purchase. The charge covers one deck for one session. There is no subscription.

Because the deck is created immediately upon payment and delivered to your partner, we are generally unable to offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Your content

The answers you provide during setup are used solely to create your card deck. You retain ownership of the content you write. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of creating the deck.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Card content

The card questions are crafted based on your input using automated personalisation. While we aim for thoughtful, relevant output, the questions may occasionally be imperfect. We are not responsible for the specific wording of the cards.

Limitation of liability

Between Us is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your deck.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
