What we collect

When the crafter uses Between Us, we collect the information they provide directly:

• The crafter’s email address, to manage the account and history.
• The receiver’s name and email address, to deliver the invitation.
• The crafter’s answers to the setup, to compose the evening.
• Basic usage data, such as which moments were viewed or advanced.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.

How we use it

We use the information solely to deliver the service: composing the evening, sending the invitation to the receiver, and letting the crafter view their history. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services to operate the product. Each processes data under their own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary for them to perform their function.

• Supabase, database and authentication.
• Anthropic, content composition.
• Stripe, payment processing.
• Resend, transactional email delivery.
• Vercel, application hosting and observability.

Data retention

The crafter’s data, including setup answers, the composed evening, and usage events, is retained indefinitely so the crafter can access their history. The crafter may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

The crafter’s rights

The crafter has the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about them. To exercise these rights, contact us. We will respond within thirty days.
